ΕIναι…
Σύμφωνα με τον Επίκουρο, είναι η απόλαυση, η ευδαιμονία. Το να είναι κανείς πραγματικά ευτυχισμένος με τη ζωή. Σύμφωνα με τη δική μας φιλοσοφία, είναι η απόλαυση του να μπορείς να φέρνεις στη ζωή κάτι μοναδικό. Να προσφέρεις κάτι εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο, για κάθε περίσταση, και για όποια και όποιον μπορεί να το εκτιμήσει.
Το κοινό σημείο που μοιραζόμαστε με τον Επίκουρο, βρίσκεται εύκολα επάνω στον χάρτη: στο χωριό Λουτράκι, στον Δήμο Αλμωπίας. Εδώ που το κρασί είναι τρόπος ζωής, έκφρασης και απόλαυσης.
Φιλοσοφία
Θέλουμε να δίνουμε το «παρών» στο τραπέζι, στο φίλεμα, στη μάζωξη. Με την παρέα ή την οικογένεια. Θέλουμε να είμαστε κοινωνοί των στιγμών, των συναισθημάτων που γεννούν, των αναμνήσεων που μένουν. Να κάνουμε κάθε ποτήρι αυτό που πρέπει να είναι: απόλαυση.
Όραμα
Να συστηθούμε σε κάθε φίλη και φίλο του κρασιού που μπορεί να εκτιμήσει αυτό για το οποίο προσπαθούμε. Να συστήσουμε τη γη της Αλμωπίας σε κάθε επισκέπτη ή επισκέπτρια που ο Διόνυσος θα του γνέψει προς το μέρος μας. Και φυσικά, να συνεχίζουμε να δημιουργούμε. Πάντα με συνέπεια. Πάντα Ζην Ηδέως.
Άνθρωποι
Το κρασί για εμάς είναι οικογενειακή υπόθεση. Κυριολεκτικά. Με αγάπη, γνώση και διαρκή προσπάθεια, μοχθούμε για να μπορούμε να καλωσορίζουμε κάθε σεζόν τη νέα μας σοδειά. Αυτή, που θα μας χαρίσει τα νέα μέλη της οικογένειάς μας: τις ετικέτες της χρονιάς.
