In Nouvella II, each of its three varieties unfolds its distinct finesse. Thanks to our two vineyards, we know that our grapes bring out the aromatic character of each variety and the maturity they need. Assyrtiko from Loutraki, Amassi and Sauvignon from the Neromyloi vineyard, with an emphasis on the expression of aromatic fruitiness and tropical character. A blend of two different vineyards. The newest series from our winery expresses the purity of the varieties that compose it and the terroir of our vineyards. Together, they create a crisp and dynamic blend, with present acidity and very good length.
The Story
The design of the Nouvella wine series by the Zin Ideos winery was a design challenge. The name created the need to treat each wine as a separate story. Two different wines, each with different characteristics. They tell a different story set in a common setting. As an ode to red and white wine respectively, they were designed as book covers. Maintaining a common typography and color palette created a recognizable identity that gave us the creative freedom to capture the different stories in an abstract way. This left room for people’s imagination to enjoy the wines and fill in the details of each story.
The profile
At first glance, you are captivated by its bright yellow-green color. Cool notes of summer fruits, apricot, and melon emerge with beautiful hints of botanical and tropical notes. Crisp on the palate, with sweetness and acidity in perfect balance, harmoniously interwoven with an interesting aromatic palette of citrus and peach notes. Fruity and long aromatic notes of tropical fruits and lime prevail on the palate and nose.
