The vineyards of Neromyloi offer us the best fruits of the indigenous Amassi and Xinomavro varieties, which comprise the charm of this wine. Distributed almost evenly, after two fermentations in our winery's stainless steel tanks for preparation, the result proves us right. It is the first sparkling wine produced from the Amassi variety, both in terms of the history of the variety and the blend of these two indigenous varieties.

The profile

A soft pink color with salmon pink highlights. An aromatic, dry sparkling wine full of vitality, with a refreshing acidity. An aromatic palette of strawberry notes, white flowers, herbal hints of sage and subtle citrus notes dominate. On the palate, it charms with its elegant bubbles, refreshing acidity, and seductive flavors of red berries and white fruits that linger until the finish.
