A red single-varietal wine with great typicity in all its characteristics, which at the same time gives each sip the authenticity of the Neromyloi terroir. A label made from 100% Syrah grapes from our region, grown in the sandy-loam soils of our vineyard. Nouvella I is fermented and aged in amphorae.

The story

The design of the Nouvella wine series by the Zin Ideos winery was a design challenge. The name created the need to treat each wine as a separate story. Two different wines, each with different characteristics. They tell a different story set in a common setting. As an ode to red and white wine respectively, they were designed as book covers. Maintaining a common typography and color palette created a recognizable identity that gave us the creative freedom to capture the different stories in an abstract way. This left room for people’s imagination to enjoy the wines and fill in the details of each story.

The identity

The deep red color with violet highlights catches the eye. On the palate, you will experience the intense character of Syrah. Notes of black berries, blueberry, violet, black cherry, dried cranberries, and black pepper. A juicy sensation in the mouth with velvety, soft tannins and a sweet, delicious finish with an aromatic aftertaste. All evenly blended to reveal its aromatic profile with notes of plum and cherry.
