Chardonnay is grown in the South vineyard, where only white varieties are cultivated, at an altitude of 630 meters. Its characteristic microclimate and clayey soil help the grapes to ripen slowly. The wines are aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

The profile

A wine with an impressive open yellow color with green highlights. The cool climate of the region, combined with the long ripening period, gives us a wine with a rich palette of citrus and white fruit aromas with hints of herbs, white pepper, and butter. Lively, with an explosion of flavor on entry and characteristic dynamism in the mid-palate, it stands out for its crisp aftertaste, minerality, length, and long aromatic finish. On the palate, it reveals finesse with a rich mid-palate, herbal aromas and a long finish with notes of toasted bread.
