Our Xinomavro comes from the vineyards of Loutraki, an area where the soil and climate allow the grapes to express their fruity character and the typical characteristics of the variety to the fullest.  A traditional version of a rosé, made from Xinomavro. Robust, with a dynamic character and intense typicity. Best consumed in the current year.

The profile

Pale pink color with orange highlights. Attractive and generous, with enticing aromas of red fruits—strawberry and cranberry—that blend harmoniously with notes of tomato leaves and hints of minerality. These elements work together to offer an explosive and dynamic palate, beautifully balanced with crisp acidity and a long, fruity finish.
