www.zinideos.gr is an online store for the sale of wine via the Internet, belonging to the company* under the name “K. GATSOS – A. Receipt / Invoice
The receipt or invoice will be issued by the company and sent along with the order, showing the detailed and total price in Euros, including VAT and excise duty. The customer is informed of any delivery costs prior to placing the order. If the customer proceeds with an order and there is a delivery cost, this will be included in the receipt or invoice, including VAT.

We bear the responsibility for products during transport. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the delivery location. Under no circumstances do delivery delays entitle the customer to compensation from the Company or allow for the cancellation of the order. It is at the customer’s discretion and decision to assume such risk, which may range from paying customs clearance costs in the destination country to the seizure of products by the respective customs authority.
Upon delivery of the wines, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the condition of the goods and immediately inform the delivery company employee of any damaged or missing products on the relevant delivery slip provided. Furthermore, the customer must inform the Company of the declaration of damage or loss within 2 days in order to be compensated for said products. It is understood that the customer bears responsibility for the products from the moment of delivery.

Order Cancellations – Product Returns – Right of Withdrawal
The customer retains the right to return the purchased products without penalty and without the obligation to state the reason for which they wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will be accepted only provided that the products the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e., without having been unsealed or their packaging violated.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the company of their decision to withdraw via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The withdrawal statement must be sent within the aforementioned deadline. If the customer sends their withdrawal statement electronically, the company will transmit to them on a durable medium (e.g., email) an acknowledgment of receipt of their withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Furthermore, the customer must send back the products they wish to return to the company without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicated their withdrawal to the company. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In the event of a product return, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date on which www.zinideos.gr is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. The company is entitled to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back in order to verify that they remain in their original condition and packaging. The company will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The company is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the customer has expressly opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the company.
