THE TERROIRE
A unique vineyard site with no prior viticultural history before our establishment in the region, ideally suited for the cultivation of both red and white varieties. During the grape ripening period, the significant difference between day and night temperatures leads to an extended maturation period for our grapes.
Loutraki Vineyard
The location of our vineyard in Loutraki offers generous sunshine with high temperatures during the day when the grapes are ripening. Temperatures are high in the morning and drop in the evening. This climatic condition, combined with the clayey soils of our vineyard, ensures a fairly long ripening period for our grapes. From this particular vineyard, we produce wines with a very clean and seductive expression of their fruity character, with great typicity and dynamic purity in terms of varietal identity and good tannin ripeness. Syrah, Xinomavro, Assyrtiko, and Malagouzia are cultivated on its 30 acres.

Neromyloi Vineyard
A unique vineyard, with no previous examples of cultivation prior to our arrival in the area, ideal for growing red and white varieties. During the ripening period, the temperature difference between night and day is quite significant, resulting in a relatively long ripening period for our grapes. In our vineyard, the red varieties (Xinomavro, Mavrotragano, and Syrah) produce wines with impressive concentration, complexity, and tannin maturity. Our wines have great aging potential. The indigenous white variety Amassi and the international variety Sauvignon Blanc are at home here, offering a very typical aromatic profile and intensity across the entire range. Amassi, Robola, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Mavrotragano, and Xinomavro are cultivated on its 30 acres.

Notia Vineyard
The Notia vineyard was carefully selected for the cultivation of white varieties on our estate. It is located in one of the northernmost points of Greece. The low nighttime temperatures during the ripening period and the slow start of the growing cycle generously provide an extended ripening period that leads to a late harvest. These were the main reasons why we chose this distinctive corner of our land for the cultivation of our white wines. Chardonnay, in the cooler climate of the south, produces wines with high acidity, aromatic complexity, and aging potential, with impressive body and length. Malagouzia produces wines with delightful acidity, while its aromatic profile is reminiscent of a more herbal expression of the terpenic character that characterizes the variety, expressing concentration, aromatic complexity on the finish, and delightful length. Chardonnay and Malagouzia are cultivated on its 20 acres.
