NEROMILOI WINERY

The story of wine begins in our vineyards, where the soil, the elements of nature, and our knowledge come together under the sky of Almopia, composing small symphonies of taste. At Neromyloi, we cultivate the Amassia, Robola, and Sauvignon Blanc varieties.

The terroire

A unique vineyard, with no previous examples of wine production before we settled in the area, ideal for growing red and white varieties. During the ripening period, the difference between night and day temperatures is considerable, resulting in a fairly long ripening period for our grapes. In our vineyard, the red varieties (Xinomavro, Mavrotragano, and Syrah) produce wines with impressive concentration, complexity, and tannin maturity. Our wines have great aging potential. The native white variety Amassi and the international variety Sauvignon Blanc are at home here, offering a very typical aromatic profile and intensity across the entire range. Amassi, Robola, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Mavrotragano, and Xinomavro are cultivated on its 30 acres.
