Organoleptic characteristics: Bright, light pink. The coexistence of the two varieties of northern Greece composes a wine with a rich aromatic bouquet with notes of white flowers, lemon peel, strawberry and hints of fresh mountain herbs. In the mouth is cool and crunchy with the tannins and the acidity of the xinomavro to balance the soft Amasi offering a wine with interest, complexity and freshness. Both varieties are present aromatically with beautiful alternations with notes of red fruit, eucalyptus and citrus. Beautiful round finish with a persistent aromatic aftertaste with notes of strawberry and citrus
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation of wine takes place in stainless steel tanks and controlled temperature 14-17 .C. This is followed by the maturation of the wine with the fine mud for six months.
Varietal wine: Αμάσι 80% ,Ξινόμαυρο 20%
Alc: 13%
