Varietal Wine: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Organoleptic characteristics: Deep, red color. A dynamic mix of the tree varieties result in a rich aromatic palette consisting of notes of plums, small red fruits and while stirring releases spicy notes of black pepper, mature green pepper and dried herbs. Its aroma and taste are rich, with a spicy character and earthly notes. It stand out for the finesse of its crispy mature tannins, its balanced body and its duration. It has an aromatic return of coffee beans and vanilla.

The wine ages for a year in oak barrels and another year in the bottle.

Serving suggestion: Spicy pork fillets, risoto with white sauces, red meat.
